8 Nights
Feb 16th-23rd, 7:00-8:00pm
at IBTC
This Healing Revival is comprised of eight sessions. Each session is designed to answer questions, to build faith, and allow you to see, in God’s word, the truth about His healing power.
In each session we will go into the Bible, dissect the word of God, and find out the truth about healing. It does not matter how your body feels right now or how long you have been in that condition. God has healing power available to all. I want to encourage you to listen to the teaching and let this message dwell in you richly. Let it sink down in your heart. The Bible says that faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the word of God. It also says in Psalm 107:20 that He sent His word and healed them and delivered them from all their destructions.
Open a Bible and follow along. I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to die. God has a positive answer for your life. Just relax, follow along in the teaching, and let faith rise in your hearts.
Healing Revival Part 1
The Will of God
Why should you die before your time? The Bible lets us know that premature deaths happen. God wants you to live out a long life. He wants you to have a satisfied life. Ecclesiastes 7:17, makes it very clear that you can die before your time. We will discuss the worst-case scenario, and it will cover your area of need.
In this first session, we will be discussing, “Is it God’s will for me to be healed?” There are a lot of people with that question. I was raised in a family that taught me to pray the prayer of consecration over everything, “If it be Thy will.” If we were praying for healing in the house, I was just hoping I had been good enough to obtain a little mercy. We have taken the prayer of consecration, and the prayer of dedication, and used them for sickness and disease. There are Christians who don’t want to get in God’s way if somehow they are giving God glory with the sickness.
When Jesus prayed, “Father, if it be Thy will,” He was praying to the Father concerning the cross and that form of crucifixion.
Christians sometimes put a question mark where God puts a period. All God’s promises are yes and amen. Is it God’s will to heal us all the time? People say, “Oh, I know God can, but will He? I know God can, but how do I get Him to do it for me? I know He’s able, but it seems He just does it whenever He wants to do it.”
Matthew 18:14 says, “Even so it is not the will of your Father which is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish.” It’s not the will of our Father that any person dies as a child. Also, we are His children. Why should we die before our times, or before finishing what we are destined to do?
Healing Revival Part 2
The Healing Provision
Everything that happened in Jesus’ life was for a purpose. If all God had for us was for our sins to be forgiven and to have a home in heaven, then all Jesus needed to do was to die and be raised from the dead. If that were the case, why not kill Jesus as a baby and not have him go through all He did in His life?
The word of God declares, “He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities, the chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and with His stripes we are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5)
Once we have accepted what Jesus has already done in order for Him to be our personal Savior, we are born again. When we accept what Jesus has already done in the healing part of our covenant, then healing comes for us.
You cannot beg God to save you. You must accept Jesus’ death on the cross for your sins, and His resurrection on the third day. You cannot beg God to heal you. He has already healed you through the provision of His stripes before the cross, and His taking the curse on the cross.
In this session of the Healing Revival, the healing provision is described, and the understanding of that healing provision is expounded.
Healing Revival Part 3
Understanding Suffering
In this third session, we will understand suffering. Again, Christians have put a question mark where God puts a period. You must have every question answered. You must be fully persuaded. The Bible says, “That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.” (Hebrews 6:12) We must understand suffering. There is a lot of teaching on suffering that puts doubt in people’s minds concerning the will of God. In some places it is taught that by suffering with sickness and disease God is impressed, or that a person gives God, by His grace, glory in enduring much suffering.
When I was an airplane mechanic in the Air Force, we were given technical orders. They wanted us to go by the book, as we worked on an airplane. This Bible is our book for walking in victory in this Christian life. It is not a manual for walking through misery and just barely holding on.
We may have to overthrow some religious doctrines for you to be fully persuaded of the will of God. The enemy would like to come in with questions and doubt to cut off the promise of healing manifesting in your life. God does not want you to suffer with sickness and disease!
Healing Revival Part 4
Destroying the Destroyer
How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: Who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with Him. (Acts 10:38)
All sickness and disease come from the defeated devil, not God. “For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.” (1John 3:8)
“And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder, and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing.” (Isaiah 10:27) The demonic yoke of oppression, sickness, and disease is destroyed because of the Anointing. God sends the Holy Spirit, His word, and the five-fold ministry gifts to teach His people how to resist the destroyer, how to walk free of demonic attacks of sickness, and how to position themselves to receive healing and walk in health.
Healing Revival Part 5
Faith Connection
In this session we will get into the faith aspect of healing. God does not come down from heaven and just randomly heal people. He will heal anyone who will get his faith involved. We must understand the faith connection.
Faith connects this physical realm to the spiritual realm. In the spiritual realm there are all things that pertain to life and godliness, and with our faith we can pull those things into this physical realm. Jesus says repeatedly, “THY faith has made thee whole.” Faith plays an important role in connecting with the healing power of God.
We must learn what faith is, how to get faith, and how to use faith once we have it!
Healing Revival Part 6
Calling Forth Your Healing
God’s M.O., method of operation, must be discovered. “But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are.” (1st Corinthians 1:29)
“(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before Him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.” (Romans 4:17)
If a person has pain in his leg, he doesn’t deny the pain by saying, “I don’t have pain.” He calls forth his healing by saying, “By the stripes of Jesus I am healed, according to 1Peter 2:24!” He is not the sick trying to get healed. He is healed by Jesus’ stripes, and the devil tries to take away that provision.
There are two things to understand about God. God has chosen things that you cannot see to bring to nothing things you can see (tumor, broken arm, blindness, etc.). And God calls those things that be not as though they were to bring into existence what is not yet perceived by the five physical senses (health, deliverance, 20/20 vision). It doesn’t matter what things look like. God has something you cannot see to bring to nothing something you can see.
We must operate the way God operates to receive His benefits. In this session we learn how to call forth your healing and operate as God operates. “Be followers (imitators) of God as dear children.” (Ephesians 5:1)
Healing Revival Part 7
Healthy Language
In this session we will discover how to maintain a healthy language. Words are vitally important. Words are containers and carry the power of life or death. We will learn to train our mouths not to speak death words as the world does, words full of fear and death. Our bodies respond to what our mouths are saying. The word of God has within it healing power for the flesh.
“My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.” (Proverbs 4:20-22)
Healing Revival Part 8
Possessing Your Healing
In this last session several points are made clear that are necessary for possessing your healing. You cannot be afraid of man, and you must be in expectation to receive. You must keep faith-pressure applied and recognize a door of opportunity to act. You must learn not to tolerate the presence of pain, and not to compromise your faith.
Also the understanding of a vow is made clear. You can use a vow as a point of contact for your faith to bring into manifestation from the spirit what you need. This is not mandatory. Let the Holy Spirit tell you when to vow, how much to vow, and to whom the vow should be given. The vow will be defined and testimonies given.
In this final session, you will learn how to “Arise and Be Healed!!”
